A team of researchers lead by Sumit Dagar (In picture) from India have created a Smartphone prototype for the visually impaired people. The project has taken about 3years for innovators to create this masterpiece which converts all the texts into the Braille patterns. According to Times of India, the masterpiece enable and help the blind people to read SMSes and even emails on the phone.

Sumit Dagar, innovator of this first of its kind Smartphone was very pleased with its success has told, “We have created the world’s first Braille smartphone, this product is based on an innovative ‘touch screen’ which is capable of elevating and depressing the contents it receives to transform them into ‘touchable’ patterns.” He also added, “The response during the test has been immense. It comes out as a companion more than a phone to the user. We plan to do more advanced versions of the phone in the future.”

Mozilla's CEO Gary Kovacs broke the silence on their new innovation of Mobile OS during the Dive Into Mobile conference today.

Mozilla, the nonprofit foundation behind the Firefox browser, is bringing its engineering acumen to bear on a new mobile operating system, Firefox

According to CEO, the launch will start in 5 countries in June and 11 more by the end of the year. “We plan to hit Venezuela, Poland, Brazil, Portugal and Spain. … We’ll hit the U.S. in 2014.”
He said they are starting in emerging markets where Firefox is particularly strong.

Ooh did i say 5GB of data FREE cloud storage?....ooh yes but for only those with Galaxy SIII. SugarSync has been added to Samsung's AllShare Play service. The SugarSync was first added to Samsung Internet-connected Smart TVs in January and will now be featured on all Samsung devices with AllShare Play.

AllShare Play allows users to search for and play video, photo, and music files across all enabled PCs, TVs, and mobile devices. With the addition of SugarSync, users without a cloud-storage service can sign up for SugarSync and store up to 5GB of data for free, without leaving AllShare Play.

Beyond 5GB, pricing plans jump to $4.99 per month for 30GB, $9.99 for 60GB, and $14.99 each month for 100GB of storage. A 250GB or 500GB plan is also available, for $24.99 and $39.99 per month, respectively.

According to SugarSync CEO Laura Yecies, the Galaxy S III integration "a natural progression," providing Samsung mobile AllShare Play users with a way to share content with family and friends.

The Galaxy S III also comes with the Amazon Kindle app, Media and Music Hub, and Samsung Memo (memo-pad), Suggest (magazine-style app guide), and Voice (speech commands) features. Each carrier's model has its own built-ins, as well, though that list will depend on the service provider.

MightyText is an android app that lets users send and receive SMS text messages on virtually any computer or tablet. This app was developed by pair of former Google workers Maneesh Arora and Amit Sangani that easily synchronizes your phone's texts and calls to your computer in real-time.
The free MightyText app is available in Google Play for smartphones running Android 2.2 or above. To access the service, you'll also need to install a Web browser plug-in from the www.mightytext.net for Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or IE9.

Once you install the app and plug-in, all your messages will be automatically synched to your phone and your PC. The service will also pop-up an alert on your computer when you're receiving an incoming call. It then securely stores and organizes all texts, picture messages, and phone calls in a searchable format.
The app synchs with your existing Android number instead of requiring a new set of digits. Another positive is that MightyText will not result in any additional charges on your phone bill. Your carrier will simply charge you as if you sent an SMS message from your phone.

The developer duo behind MightyText, Maneesh Arora and Amit Sangani, launched the service in beta last year as a Chrome extension called Texty. It quickly gained popularity, garnering some 250,000 users who were sending more than 2 million messages every day, according to TechCrunch. Thanks to the success of the Chrome extension, the duo raised $650,000 in funding to build the new mobile app.

The app does have some limitations, however. Because the service works through SMS, unlike iMessage, which utilizes data, it won't work while using Wi-Fi internationally or on a plane, Engadget pointed out. Users will also need a texting plan and a good cellular signal for the service to work.
